Dr. Paul Lightsey, Systems Engineer with Ball Aerospace speaking on: History of Space Telescopes.
He will discuss what telescopes have taught us about space and share images sent from our space telescopes. This talk will walk through this history and evolution of our knowledge of the universe leading to the current major NASA Observatory in development, the James Webb Space Telescope.
Dr. Lightsey holds a B.S. in Physics from Colorado State University, a M.S. and PhD in Physics from Cornell University and lives and works in Weld County.

Spend your winter in the company of stories that warm the heart, chill to the bone, make you laugh, and make you think. Participants get a free book for signing up (while supplies last), and for every three stories you enjoy, you’ll earn one entry into our exciting prize drawings.
